How long does shipping and delivery take?
As most of our pieces are made to order, our current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. Once your furniture is ready, our specialist couriers will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

We recommend using a damp microfiber cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight, and apply a high-quality furniture wax or oil every 6-12 months to maintain the wood's luster.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-built or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
