Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific packaging instructions.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
After the item arrives back at our workshop and passes a condition inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
